PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our automatic line for welding grating panels, fully programmable via touch screen consists of:
- Welding base, consisting of a solid carpentry structure specially sized to support the weight of the transformer and the stress caused by the welding heads. In this work area, brass copper electrode holder bundles and electromagnets for wire positioning at the time of welding are located in addition to the two-stage welding heads.
- A grid feed unit. The progressive grid feed by means of No. 6 pneumatic grippers, is electronically controlled. The grippers are mounted on a carriage, sliding on 2 linear guides and driven by a motor that transmits the movement.
- A pusher unit, for progressive advancement of the longitudinal wires along the loading channels. The wire pushing shuttle, is operated by pneumatic cylinder with motion transmission by chain. In addition, the structure is movable, sliding on two guides and movement is manual, allowing the operator to act more conveniently to perform any maintenance or equipment changes.
- One movable hopper loader, where longitudinal wires are loaded.
- Two fixed hopper loaders, where transverse wires are loaded.
- No. 2 metal plate unwinding units.
