PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The machine enables automatic assembly of half-cones on the valves of motor vehicle engine heads (but it can also be made for motor vehicle engine heads)
The machine for 4-valve engine heads consists of:
- No. 4 vibrators for semicon selection
- No. 2 pneumatic manipulators on recirculating ball slides with pneumatic grippers for gripping the half-cones
- Control panel with touch screen and plc for the control of the machine cycle - Perimeter protections in transparent lexan
It is also possible to build the machine for heads with a higher number of valves.
