PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Machine for automatic welding of reinforcements on metal shelves. The loading of components can be done automatically (by putting it in line with the profile of shelves and that of reinforcements, or with magazines of parts) or manually. The machine consists of.
No. 14 welding heads, it is fully programmable and the production changeover is extremely fast.
From touch screen it is possible to vary:
- Pitch between electrodes
- Number and position of welded reinforcements
- Dimensions of shelves
- Number of active welding heads
Output: no. 6 shelves per minute (version with two omega bars)
Proudly, our machine contributed to the reshoring of the galvanized flatbed of the CAEM MAGRINI SPA company, bringing its production back to Italy thanks to lowered costs and improved production speed.
